EMDR
Therapy
Start to enjoy life again.
Symptoms of Trauma
Depression, anxiety, flashbacks, and nightmares are all common symptoms of trauma. Many of my clients notice difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and problems in their relationships as well.
What is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and it’s a leading method for treating the negative psychological effects of traumatic experiences.
